We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
As we operate as an outlet with heavily discounted prices, we do not offer refunds. However, if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, simply contact us. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
After receiving and inspecting your item, we will offer you:
- An exchange for another item
- Store credit to use on a future purchase
This way, you can easily find something that suits you better.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
