Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Free Standard Shipping: 5–12 working days

  • Express Shipping (optional): 3–7 working days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur and are beyond our control.


Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number.
Tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Lusvar is not responsible for any customs fees, duties or taxes applied to your order.
All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost, Damaged or Stolen Parcels

Lusvar is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen during shipping.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

We recommend keeping all packaging materials during the claims process.


Shipping Address Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete.
We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.


International Shipping
